Speech bubble with text (PSD) in Final Cut Pro embed

Hi, I created a PSD file in PS with a balloon. This is white with black frame and contains black text. Now I would like to import the file into Final Cut Pro 7.0.2. That works as far as synonymous. The PSD is now on video track 2 in the composite mode NORMAL. I want to let the bubble now in the course of travel along some clips, I thought I do it with keyframes on the motion. Unfortunately, I can share but no keyframes for the balloon or PSD file. How can I animate the balloons according to ""?
