Hi,
I have been here in the forum durchgeklickt and get to that question is always the same answer, which I do not forward.
I want from a running clip s.einer Picture X is the place for 3 seconds (freeze) and then the clip is synonymous s.genau this place running again.
~ This option right click on video image ~ ~ Still does not help next.
Nor ~ File ~ Export ~ ~ frame.
It must have a feature type, which is my clip for some time ne freezes and then continues.
and with the razor blade to cut all the way must not be synonymous. Abode Premiere Pro 2.0 but it should be something ....

Hmm - always a popular exercise in finger-premiere courses.
Are you fit with shortcuts?
CTI s.die spot where the picture will freeze. CTRL + K.
CTI 3 seconds to the right CTRL + K.
Clip left v. CTI mark and CTRL + C.
CTRL + SHIFT + V.
Clip left v. CTI "stopping at In-Point".
This keeps the clip in its full length received (it is not cut) and all subsequent pre-existing clips (synonymous entire track Mountains) are automatic. backwards.
