I recently received a video in which was a strange flicker. It appeared only when we used for illumination, a halogen construction lights. In natural light, nothing was there.
I have now tried to find on the internet something about it but the problem does not seem to be otherwise.
That makes me now quite tame, because I do not know what the problem is avoided, and I can not use the recordings.
It is a "continuous wave line" could therefore be an interference, possibly between 50 Hz to 30 Hz, and the lamp of the video? Maybe I am lying but synonymous completely wrong and the problem lies elsewhere.

You've already answered your question itself, is the interference with the 30fps.
A shutter of 1 / 50 should help.
Lock the exposure if the flickering is not visible on the display.

Hach, that's crap. With a camera, the manual is almost no such problems.
Now I'll have to see if the Shuttering can be adjusted easily.
Do you know by chance if there are lights, the 50-Hz did not cause this problem?

60Hz operate lamps from USA is too much effort but generally this is rare flicker before and it can be bypassed easily (with the Belichtungsfeststelltaste; working Iso button) in the 500D.

I had never done. Insulation purely to keep open the Aperture and ISO settings with fixed.
Have just seen this video for the EOS 5D, in which he handled with his hand so long before the lens, to vote in the values. Perhaps it is indeed so, then rumfuchteln until shutter is on an even-numbered of 50 Hz.
This of course makes a great impression if you want to experience something more professional. : /
