Infoseite // TRV 50E focus ring reacts to indirect

Frage von christoph.hodel:

Hello

I have recently launched a TRV 50E bought on E-Bay. Unfortunately
, the device has a small Macke. If I have two objects with
different distances in succession will provide sharp, it must
I focus ring about 2 times around its own axis until the
desired effects is there. Unfortunately, I have never yet
geschaft without blur the shots completely. For
responding to the needs of my focus ring too indirect.

Now to my question: what can I do that the focus ring direct
responding?

Hello Christoph,

This is one of the differences between a consumer camcorder that most users only use with auto focus turned on, and a professional video camera, the cost alone Optics approximately 10x as much as that consumer device. ;-)

Apparently, the working area of the manual focus is very large, which is typically when working in large focal the case.

You could try to arrange the objects in space less far apart, so that the focus shift with less Rotate is reached. Alternatively, you could get stuck in more detail and reduce the focal to reduce the working area of focus.

Last but not least, you could connect one Lanc Remote s.The TRV50 and control the sharpness of a button, without touching the camcorder.

Hi Markus

Thanks for the quick and honest answer.

Could you recommend me a reasonably affordable camcorder
with which one can produce the desired effect?

Would allow other consumer camcorder on the telephoto side faster (ie, with less focus Rotate)? I may doubt, almost ...

What speaks against it, adjust the recording situation, the technical realities? (If that is possible).
