SDI is a digital coaxial with BNC or optical times with FC-time. Component signals are analog and are coaxial with BNC or RCA running times. So what exactly do you want?
As far as I know, there are no graphics cards, which have an SDI output. There are, however, that with HDMI Output and there you can easily connect an HDMI-SDI converter. There is for example the following products

Eighth in the choice of a graphics card that can generate properly interlaced format, otherwise it can come during playback of videos to unwanted permutations of half-frames!
Alternatively, take one Decklink card with SDI output and give the video there. This, however, NO output from any Windows Programs available, but the fields are in for sure!
