Infoseite // TV-compliant format (DVD) from After Effects, Photoshop, etc.

Frage von Fritzi_28:

Hello,
Slashcam'm new here in the forum and have a basic question on handling times of different size in the projects.
My recent projects have always made a presentation on the computer (mainly) as Flash animations replacement, so I had to go with television capability (still not explain). Now I plan to create a DVD that is s.Television intended for the presentation (ie) PAL 25fps, 4:3 aspect ratio. The footage is accordingly in DV format, which makes me worry no more synonymous.
Now I have still synonymous pictures (of digicam) plates, illustrations from, for example, Photoshop and After Effects animations. The whole is then assembled in Adobe Premiere Pro 'and it will create a DVD.
Now I have - due to the additional programs such as Photoshop and After Effects - the problem, in what format
I will create the files. There are indeed many different templates such as PAL D1 / DV 720x576, ditto with square pixels (768x576), flag ratio 5:4, etc.
Similarly, when you export the movies from AFX: With half-frames to render (which field first?) Or not and everything Premiere
leave? The possibility of combinations are indeed frightening, but which one is right? The AFX Help
synonymous is only what is the function, but not what you should take ...

Who is so nice and helps me to alleviate my confusion? :)

- Thanks Frederike.

Put the project on with a preset selection for PAL D1 / DV 720x576. Fine so you can import your DV video and re-export as DV video. On the field order you change nothing, the default by the project to fix "lower first" set. This material has all non-square pixels on the PC.

Additional Images (photos, drawings) has square pixels of the PC. But you can then import it into the editing software that is converted to the import into non-square pixels. The quasi-running car in the background. You just need the correct aspect ratio to 4:3 so make such means as image size 768x576 or 1024x768 .... so there are no black borders. When automatic compression on non-square pixels from 720x576.

Good luck

Hello Stefan.
Danke erstmal so I'm schonmal next step.

But what made animations with which I rendere from After Effects. Should I have already taken into account in the render settings to render the fields? Or ignore this point and Premiere Pro is intended that anyway when exporting to DVD?

Thank you - Frederike.

Antwort von Stefan:

Be sure to render in AE with half-frames! As good as the AE does, you can do that can not subsequently make in APP.

Good luck
