I think that line unter'm all "major" editing programs are represented.

With Adobe products, for example, the film about the storm surge produced in Hamburg.

Synonymous I know that at several stations and their daughters (synonymous) Liquid Edition (Pinnacle / Avid) is in use. (eg RBB, WDR, SWR, Degeto - I am sure - Pro7, RTL hearsay)

The "real" Avid Progrmme are often synonymous in use.

The individual programs and formats are not of the self-produced channels, but was commissioned. The final product, which the sender is given, is usually a tape, which is "no preference" is what was cut. Thus, the production houses actually a free hand to choose the software and is independent of the transmitter.

Basically, all programs can cut the same, namely CUTTING. The cut will look the same everywhere. The only differences are that more expensive editing programs with the hardware directly "connected" may be synonymous to or more format editing.
Premiere and Final Cut Pro, are there as the "better" solution, it comes with a premiere Matro Axio - Workstation on up to 15,000 and may be similar in function and scope of work as an Avid Media Composer, especially in the ÖR used and actually the "standard" is.
But in the end it is purely on the cutter, which he makes from the material. The is a clean cut, without any effects / inserts on a Pinnacle Studio 5 as well as manage on a MC and no one will notice the difference (theory, because tape formats ...)
