Hello .. have unfortunately with the search found nothing matching .. I would like to know how to bring the effect as if you have a (old) aussschaltet Television. You know .. first flashes usually so ne horizontal line, which then contracts towards the center and then remain only on a small circle, then slowly faded. How can I achieve something? And with which program?
