Well yes it via Layer GIMP or PS to create and then of course synonymous over the HauptClip (2nd video track) fix.
Plug-ins for "OldSchoolLook" gibts synonymous for Virtualdub, einfatch times NEN bissel search on the net.

If you mean the depth blur meinst
- You can be with his green screen filming and then blurred footage in the background set.
- With the Magic Bullet Looks plugin can simulate blurred synonymous, but only simple (eg, center of the image is sharp, blurred edges)

(For example, the moving hair s.der Page in combination with dirt particles on the Projection Lens - see my very old 8mm projectors ;-)

Otherwise there are a tool which produces film look. Is a 30 day trail version, if you think what can I help you with the mail. Is not great. Runs on PC, do not know what you have. Can only s.Montag, because I will go to Cologne.

Hello, sometimes even to your question with the TGAs.
So import:
You extract the file first in a folder.
Then you select in Premiere File> Import.
Now you select the first image file and uses a hook at the bottom "numbered stills".
Premiere tinkers then you directly to a movie.
The TGAs have a defined transparency, ie, this video you can simply put on another and voila your effect is finished.
If you too much, you can still set the opacity rausnehmen.
Otherwise you can leave in the premiere itself synonymous with the Noise Effect disorder add. Then maybe the Picture slightly in sepia color.
Because the plugin, the best is Red Giant Magic Bullet Looks. The actual color program brings a separate plugin called Misfire for film defects such as scratches and dust with.

No. nix default.
You choose Import from the File menu.
In the window that then opens up (and where you synonymous choose the first TGA) is located below a checkbox, there comes the check rein.
