I have the following problem ..

but this may indeed be a permanent solution ..

how is it that the picture can be seen on the screen to complete?

Hello!
No error. Is normal. In the case of all the tube TVs of the edge is cropped (overscan). On LCD and plasma screens, I can not say anything.
