Infoseite // The device, which looks through the director

Frage von pierrehansen:

Good day. I always wanted to know times. This is seen again and again in the Making Off 's of shooting. The director sees the scene through a sort of lens s.um (; probably Scrolling on). Are special equipment or normal Lenses? What exactly he needs this Lens and why he looks not just by the Camera? I hope you know what I mean.

I would be glad if someone could give me an explanation.

Sincerely,

Pierre Hansen

These are special devices that are used to determine an output frame. Ideally, they can be in different aspect ratios and film or chip (set format, appropriately) used for the camera.

The director would look through the camera, he would see only the currently selected image. But he will be able to try different focal lengths and camera angles. It would be very costly and lengthy, large camera s.einer consecutively recognize several Lenses or rebuild the entire camera site on several occasions.
Is halt film work. With video of these things are making much easier and faster.
