Charging the battery is a voltage converter with 12V to 230V without any problems.

were used? ? Snow crawler SUVs (think Toyota) with special snow tires are huge, sometimes even see in the photographs.

Thus, a voltage converter is a fine thing, are in existence for quite cheap s.ca. 30 ¬. This eliminates any separate 12V chargers and you can work with the standard battery chargers (synonymous for mobile phone, camera, notebook, etc. ..)
