The video at the top of cut
I use the program "Pinnacle Studio Pros", version 10.7.0.4245 and did have a following problem:
How to cut the film I know, but as I cut across the film? I want to get the upper range of about 20-30% off.
The program can complete this procedure, or if there is only the possibility of the upper field by the title overlay function on a Picture to hide?
