Hi!
time lapse recordings are not great history, but also on the temporal progress synonymous, I would like a little movement in the story, that is, while the camcorder zb 1 1 / 2 hours filming a sunset, it should be synonymous, a few meters as left or right on some tracks.
With what (engine) Equipment can be accomplished, that the camera in 90 minutes "only" a few meters further moves - and at a constant low speed?
Can I still somehow synonymous with the camera panning slightly - perhaps also with an engine?
Would this class if someone had a few tips ...

Aloha,
try it out with a stepper motor of a disused industrial site (scrap yard), alternatively, an electric motor (drill at slowest stage) iV with a gearbox?
Or a tackle from a DIY store does work wonders.

BTW: 90 minutes ... You wanted to not even a book to read?
Imagine a kitchen alarm clock at 5 minutes each time and drag the Bollerwagen with the Cam next few meters, or or or.

All a matter of money, if you have too much, you borrow a car and rail.

Is relatively inexpensive (for a dolly with drive) and provides synonymous after the video yet for lots of fun: the track gauge and G to fit a twin-diesel of USA Trains. The drive to scale Schrittempo! ;-)

The smoke generator can be used for video (and to ride indoors) off. These deep wagon (actually for container) to the camcorder to charge:

If three parallel tracks just moved synonymous can be used a tripod to the camera in the desired Height to bring.

I can really only 90 minutes a few meters to go?

btw: I'm just figuratively, as I in the middle of the Pampa All geraffel build a tripod and camcorder along on three wagons by gegend let go ;-)

As with just 24 Volt Battery (or two with each 12 volts in series) and Poti, a (= variable resistor).

I just expected after: walking pace is about 4 n.pro hour. In 1:29 scale, this is still 138 m. The locomotive would then be - depending on the scene - probably much too fast for your application. :-(

Even more so than the locomotive would track the material strain on the wallet: A straight track with 120 cm length will cost around 15 ¬, ie 138 m track would stretch already scarce at 1,400 ¬. I'm afraid, so my suggestion is totally uninteresting. - Except the train is still synonymous after one task. ;-)

Nevertheless, a correction: If the tripod is a ride, you need only two parallel tracks, not three.

Here it was a real movement, not just a Zoomfahrt. We therefore can not avoid the camcorder while recording or in between is always a few inches further back.

Actually easy. Self build!

In LEGO (and others), there are plenty of "cart" and drives with the required torque, potentiometers, etc. All simple, battery-powered and affordable. No nonsense.
