Hello,
this type of image error can have two possible causes: The track is able dejustiert and now lies outside the (automatic) tracking area. The set is something for the service.
Or The tape has a longitudinal end damage (eg a bend). The latter can be explained by examining the band material easily check, but it is possibly very closely, as synonymous little visible damage can cause picture interference.

The tape is OK, the problem is with every tape. The problem is synonymous with Frembbespielten tapes, but in abgeminderter form (only one Grieselstreifen)
