Hi All,
can someone tell me whether I am with After Effects 5.5 tracking points
can make? Perhaps synonymous with Apple's Motion?
If so, can someone tell me how?

With AE Pro to do this, as I recall but not AE without "Pro".

However, English.
After tracking, the tracking points you can save to a file, the data are compatible with most other FX programs. You can use the tracking points, of course, synonymous directly into AE to stick as an object s.dein tracking target.
But the whole thing requires a little practice.

Yes, in every version of After Effects Pro 4.0 has a motion tracker is included.
However, After Effects can only 2D tracking, no 3D. After Effects can export any synonymous tracking points.
For 3D Export and therefore you will need additional software such as the formerly free Icarus.
Motion of Apple is not at all synonymous, and does not provide tracking data import.
