The homage accompanied four Leica M Street photographers on their way through the city and provides information about their view on this particular genre photography. The film was shot cut the tribute with a Canon 5D MKII, with Final Cut Pro and compressed with Compressor - worth seeing.

Very nice documentary .... nen little too much waggling and partly synonymous bit disturbing DoF games there. But the reason) statement (and especially the photos very well gefiehl me well - THANK YOU.

Yes, the M Class is quite a lot of his - building really like my Bessa R2M - but very expensive. But for people who once synonymous genius without AF, and can get along very electronic. It just somehow what of nostalgia. I love this design.

I had the m3 with 28/35/50/90mm and one Focomaten. 'm Selling everything because I was so great and good Photoshop Small scanners were so expensive and so complicated. Now I have digital Canon and me could still bite in the ass.

Since I do wonder why there are actually no longer digital rangefinder cameras on the market? Leica is still there all alone.
Now when releasing original Panasonic and Olympus its Micro Four Thirds camera without a mirror. Why not synonymous Messucher?
For a maximum of EUR 3000, I would buy a M9 and exchange them for my 5D. But she does the double.

Nice project, nice photos and statements, but a significant but with the 5D overburdened cameraman. 'DoF want to have' a lot, but prefer to focus with full frame 35mm SLR lenses in documentary situations - there would even despair professionals.

Almost silently, where they would have gotten with a noisy SLR already in the mouth, dropped it with a Leica M is not on next. The "clear glass viewfinder" in the context of the respective cache different focal lengths are shown as the man with open eyes see two cutout and the environment can.

While I do not have any Leica M, but the counterpart to the Voigtlander Bessa R2M
The cameras are very robust, designed only to wessentliche, the optics are the hammer - but especially the very viewfinder.
It only has a small LED diode for the light meter. Cocking lever and Film crank.
I have my camera because I once bought an EOS on the road have lost water damage - the Leica or Voigtlander certainly would have survived.
Simply go to your views and take on a load of that camera in my hand, see through mal naja more needs to be said not to do so.
Oh, quite clear - they are the only cameras where even closed Nikon and Canon fanatic hat to draw ;-)
With age, but this has nothing to do - I'd though I once the kids and you want to learn the fotogrfieren example, a Voigtländer Vito into the hands;-P

Hahaha - You might have slept through the Leica M9 or the Leica S2 ;-) I think Leica has overslept on purpose ;-) Leica has responded far too late. The M8 with APS-C sensor was a great disappointment, the full frame M9 comes too late and the S2 with something around the 20 Mille for housing, well. Leica is mired in the red when the slept through the extra that are pretty stupid.

Leica has traded here, but certainly not right ... go see .... good old times and new good ..... come RED is perhaps even ascend to such a company where it is said in 50 years ... Top quality .... just know what I mean?

Images floods inundate the network .... find good new idea works, artists, and synonymous to quality is becoming increasingly difficult ... And as I said ... naja If intressiert it if there is good of Leica digital cameras? No one because you are simply too expensive to be at today's price war of relevance. Although an S2 is not really expensive is if one compares it with Hasselblad.
Unfortunately, you can attach s.Ihr no other DigiBacks was again clear for Hasselblad talking speaking (is)

General expert ... So handy because you can no longer relevant to today's (D) SLR cameras that can take you to lose quite clear
Also concerning the viewfinder so you could reasonably good results to date with Katz Eye focusing screens synonymous reached at (D) SLR - but that's probably over now synonymous (eg, the 7D is no ground glass more)
As I have said at the top - almost nostalgic - but top quality

Whether the photos are digital, I can not tell you. I believe it is not.
In Regefall you scan the negatives or DIA films.

Leica embodied for me a principle. A tool that does not break down (?), No electronics, no Batteries. A camera that works synonymous s.Arsch after years in the world. Had there been a Vollformatdatenrückwand early, I would have bitten the bullet struck in price and apple. How quickly it was DigiBacks for the Hasselblad. They have recognized the signs of the times. Stop is a shame. Now I'm still a Rolleiflex Planar 2.8 F and a Zeiss Ikon Contessa nem with Tessar 2.8. And I keep him.
