Did anyone happen to such a noise / "Gegrissel" / ant s you see, if an analog TV signal has no video? In the best case synonymous in DV or MPEG2. Would be great - thanks!
Googling has unfortunately nothing ...

This noise is poorly compressible and the compression is easily visible to the formation of blocks of lead.
What speaks against it with a filter / effect to create?
