I would like my old VHS-C videos to archive to DVD. Now I have found a digital twin receiver with integrated hard drive (of TechniSat DigiCorder S2).
Can I record from VCR to the hard drive of the Twin-receiver, and if so, how?

No.. Receivers do not have A / D converter. You can only record signals that are already available digitally.

The S2 is (like all record High Definition Receivers) any foreign sources, only material from their own DVB tuners. For digitizing of VHS-C, it can absolutely do nothing. : (
