ULEAD MPEG now.encoder - after conversion of the jerky film

I have the following problem. I was with Corel VideoStudio Pro X3 create a film with all the possible effects in HD 720p quality mpeg. Unfortunately, the jerky film after completion.
Also the trial basis to convert a short cutout jerky. If I programs with various other (xilisoft converter ultimate) this process of change file, then no jerk, it runs fine. unfortunately, can be produced with this tool with nunmal not a complete film.
Is there a possible speed now.encoder Codex ULEAD MPEG, used to replace the corel by another.
I had problems earlier with 10 UleadVideostudio never convert to the DVD-quality. So processing power is available.

have been included in the vidos ntsc 29.97 frame rate. convert pal 25bildrate when they arise in stuttering.
Unfortunately, corel videostudio pro x3 is a shit, because although vorgaugelt again to render the ntsc format but does not.
