Hello,
I have via a video screen capture in the format of 320x460 px and would like this very simple process. ie, a soundtrack and put it under and behind it a couple of graphics, in order to use it again
in the same portrait save.
I got really into Google and searched Wolf NEN hope I find help here. Is there not a free program that can?
Windows Movie Maker can not and the freeware version of Pinnacle not synonymous. Would be nice if someone NEN tip for me would have.

Two solutions:
1. SONY Vegas use that is very flexible which Resolutions concerns.
2. VirtualDub get the video and invite a border around Create (in the color pink, or similar, so it stands out). There must be only so much around the edge that it comes at 720x576 pixels.
The filter with which you can do is called "Resize" and the option is "Letterbox".
The video then s.besten with a loss-free codec store (eg Lagarith) and then into the Movie Maker / Pinnacle slide.
You just need to make sure that you have your effects usable only in the area and lay not in the frame (about proposing as synonymous ROSA).
When it is finished, then the program Uncompressed Export (will ne huge file) and the edge back into VirtualDub to remove (null transform and then click on CROP).

Danke erstmal. I thought the requirements are so simple that a freeware finds. Which version (http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/products/vegasfamily.asp) I would have a closer look?

Depending on the output format of the smallest ranges synonymous Movie Studio version.
