Infoseite // Urgent: DVD jerky, surrender tomorrow ...

Frage von indy79:

Hello,

have an urgent problem tomorrow (tax) and would be glad if I could help someone. My movie shot in HDV (which the customer is now in a PAL DVD would), I cut in Final Cut in the PAL track and then rausgerechnet s.als ProRes (for normal PAL see the writings of shit). The ProRes file itself looks great, but if I haue 90min Compressor (standard DVD conversion) and then into DVD Studio as raushauen Pal DVD stutters, then the picture during fast movements / is following suit. Can someone help me here and say what I do wrong, is very urgent and would be fine ...

Thanks
matthias

Viewed on television or s.PC?

Bit rate too high?

Possibly. times Bitrage constant instead of variable bit rate setting.

Antwort von indy79:

Bit rate is 5.8, which should not be too high. On Television and s.PC I have the same problem. Perhaps the field dominance as the culprit?

In this direction is my guess.
I had the stuttering in fast moving through the Picture motorcyclists recently synonymous.

Since HDV uses upper field, which is a DVD edition, however, by default set to the lower field, there is Halbbildfehlern. The DVD with "upper field" issue was the solution.
Perhaps hilfts.

Is it that every editing software? So in my MAGIX VDL 2007 PLUS it is so. But "pretty darn" why, because it is required for DVD output Top Field First?

However, it should normally, at least for MAGIX arise when exporting a problem because, if properly imported into the object properties under Interlace / deinterlace Auto-Interlaceverarbeitung is registered.

An earlier MAGIX time I had adjusted the settings in the export dialog, and it came to the infamous "crab".

My current MAGIX seems in this respect almost "idiot-proof to be", because if I purposely synonymous with the export settings for suspected something worse to disguise, is the good export performance.

I My least. Maybe I'd hingucken more often, and perhaps discover something critical to one or another stuttering.

HDV> DV, fie (then synonymous change field dominance!)
HDV> DVD (Mpeg2 on ...) Whew!

Antwort von PowerMac:

Yes, directly from the HDV timeline via Compressor to DVD count. Pro Res is a totally unnecessary intermediate step.

No, that's no problem at all. DV lay simply in the HDV timeline. Preview is high even worse, but after exporting everything is okay. Or let's say: Amazingly well.
