Hi,
Despite intensive study of the manual I am unable to cut the HDvidos my Sonycx 11e.
I can capture the video:
I am looking at AVCHD / Stream and select a file from there.
Then I click on the tab above and below TRIMMER on "Open in Trimmer"
Then I have my video in the Trimmer.
There, I will cut it, or what I need cut out.
But "S" and which is not always synonymous.
Before I click on Video Track show, highlight the area that will be blue, but that's all I create.
What am I doing wrong?

After you press the button for example [s.and already this snippet ends up in the timeline.
If you want to use the trimmer NOT then you need to pull the clip directly in the timeline and then share with [s] s.den unnecessary cuts jobs and remove the unnecessary snippets with [] to delete.
