Pointed out, I have a mepg created in the studio and burned it with nero. Here was the picture ONAB the stuttering came to be added.
Now I have, which searches for the various features, the DeKid asked me, noticed that two different files with me and appear in MPEG1 and MPGE2.
The MPEG1 I get in Studio 9 and will appear in the MPEG2 GSpot also of DeKid recommended.

First I tried your proposal, but it still stuttered.
Then I with the trial in
TMPGEnc Studio created MPEG (MPEG2 should be synonymous) again as MPEG2 created. This "double gemoppel" sounds crazy, but I've let me say that TMPGEnc is a real wizard to create all of video formats is.
And it actually worked.
Unfortunately, this trial only 14 days and purchased it cost ca.65, - ¬.
Very, very sincere thanks for the help, without you I would have long ago abandoned.

Yes that is "all video formats" not really, but in MPEG approves this.
The money, the program is worth, I myself have bought it years ago and can only say TOP Quali.
