've heard many times that you paint with video to create good animated maps can ... what is video paint and where can I get it from?
Ps: What is ideal because as a map with good quality ... (internet)?

Video Paint is a program in the package Ulead MSPro. Where in the 7 version but do not install individually, only in 6.5. Is it possible in version 8 but synonymous in the graphics package to buy.
Cards get plenty on the net, including Google Earth synonymous.
