Hello
I have a new JVC GZ-MG 505 and problems with the DV Editing:
in Ulead VideoStudio 10 & Magix Deluxe 2007 can I have the movie files from the camcorder to open (. mod; mpeg2 format) but the video preview does not work (only Geruckel & 1 / 4 of the image, and green stripes).
For Ulead Video Studio 10 is the preview of the Whole Picture in picture view.
PS: with PowerDVD, I can watch the videos, but not edit it. The DVDAuthoriting works with Ulead, but I can not stop the film edit (cut).
Do you advice? Thank you!

The cause of your problem may be the mod file to. Wandle after standard Mpeg2 (see http://forum.slashcam.de/hier-gibt-es-ein-tool-zum-konvertieren-of-mod-in-mpg-vp181769.html#181769)

Try it with demux times eg with Dgindex (http://neuron2.net/dgmpgdec/dgmpgdec.html), the file beforehand, if appropriate, in mpg umbenenen.
Video and audio editing program then re-pair.
