I am slightly confused, because the other day I was told that synonymous a video recording on the Memory Stick can be saved. Is that true? As far as I know there can only be saved photos!?

Oh sorry fully verplant! It goes around the FX1000.

You're right: The FX1000 can record to memory card only photos but not videos. Who else has told you, has Sonyverwechselt of the camera, perhaps with the PC1000? This MiniDV camcorder could save on the stick both photos and videos synonymous, the latter however only in very modest resolution.
