I would like a video camera for video chat use. My webcam gives me because not enough quality.
Which video camera because I can take this? You should have good quality hardware and what else is of distress. Also at the Picture s.einen any streaming server.

For popel bandwidth of ADSL is not overkill video.

1Mbit / s upload - and the only maximum synonymous / theory (with Alice and O2 even less).
Video cameras are so between 5Mbit / s (the Aiptek cucumber) and 100Mbit / s (AVC-I 100) or more.

The cameras have an influence on image quality. Only you have to have a few hundred (or more likely thousands) invest more visible for better pictures and better use encoder and so next.

you buy a used cheap camcorder with firewire output into ebay and they are close to s.pc. (Fiirewire card required)
www.trackercam.com provides the necessary software dafuer.
