The basic idea VirtualDub would not be so bad, because if VirtualDub would be able to return the files as mpeg save.
I have this case in the form yet, but if I am with my "on-board resources" would work, then fell with the first MPEG Tools of TMPGEnc one. Thus you can mpg files muxen / demux and synonymous share. At this size should TMPGEnc perhaps somewhat sluggish to respond, but it should work.
If you is not available, is probably synonymous with bbmpeg. Necessary, you have to look at Google.
