I have a PC with an ATI 9700 graphics card with tv-out (S-VHS). I have too often been synonymous of my Television dazugeschlossen and let there be central video player (PowerDVD, Windows Media Player to run, etc.) video files, and viewed. But it is always so, that one always has s.Television the same picture as s.Monitor, so the entire surface with mouse and everything.
Now I want to find a solution so that s.TV one only sees the picture of the video, and never surface, or otherwise. ie if I s.Monitor minimize the player, or did not run on full screen, I always want s.TV have the video in full screen.
What solutions exist for this? can be via the Windows or regulate the settings of the graphics card, or do I need a dedicated graphics card?

The easiest way is supported (unless the editing program such as the premiere), the TV signal deviate mature s.der video camera via Firewire when it is connected with the PC.
To prevent and protect the head drum to the automatic shutdown, it is useful after capturing the band removed.
