Who knows a program with the videos you can play backwards? And then of course, synonymous as a movie so can store.
I've been on my computer, Adobe After Effects 6.5 and Pinnacle Studios.

I think this is a nice effect, which sometimes looks really great;)

As the half time consecutive ( "running in the video recordings") must be shown, it is logical that the Halbbildfolge also herumgedreht be when a video scene backwards run. Some programs are thinking about and others do not. In the latter case it's a strange-looking movement, which often referred to as "flicker" (it is in the sense of not really) is designated.
The Halbbildfolge 1 / 2-3 / 4-5 / 6 may not be 5 / 6-3 / 4-1 / 2, but they must be 6 / 5-4 / 3-2 / 1 run.
