Video with multiple audio tracks of your choice ...?

Hi,
can someone show me a way in which I create in an authoring program, a movie with multiple audio tracks of choice. So as an example once the prof. DVD's with multiple languages Choice. Or a movie with music and without music ... etc.

Therefore you need an authoring software that support multiple audio tracks, such as Adobe Encore or Sonic ReelDVD. Everything else is then available in the Instructions of the software ...
Thank you for the first time for the answers. I have Encore 1.5. But somehow I Schnall not. I want the movie's not 2 or 3x times have on it, but simply with various audio tracks.
So I create a clip for a timeline. This film ought to have now joined by various menu button with the clip => no problem. But how do I connect it with various audio tracks ...?
