I am an absolute beginner to the computer and what the terms around it looks like my problem my computer has been rebuilt before I got me my pictures with the Assembly on nero slideshow herrunter burned as I made it back on it I can not anschaun me The images are titled as ITEM mpeg4 and 3 what I can do now to see them again as a slideshow on my screen too??

So for the future: case-sensitive and aware, comma's and points, otherwise the clarity is lost. Old or new spelling is unimportant, typos happen anyway always.
Then there is perhaps synonymous answer.

Since you've burned your pictures as a slideshow in Nero, Nero has all the images into a movie file (mpeg4 format) format which then runs at startup and then almost a slideshow "simulated". If you have not yet saved the picture somewhere, it looks bad. I can think of right away only to stop the slideshow at any picture, and with a suitable tool for a screenshot and then save it as a picture too. But depending on the amount of expected time-consuming and probably (I know your pictures) not be associated with more or less severe loss in quality.
