I want a video in the Resolution640x480 create it as a video in the embed Resolution320x240, but so small that the video does not take the whole screen, but in the end, in its original resolution with black margins remain around ...
Is this possible? But how?

That is, if you want the 320x240 video to 640x480 before vergrösserst.
Here in the
resize filter of VD Tick Expand frame and letterbox and set at frame width 640 frame height and at 480 to register.
After working as a copy store (do not forget Compression) and then the working copy with the rest of 640x480 video cut together.
