Vision Lab Studio - where you get such software in German?

Hello dear video - and film-makers,
I am relatively new here and just got an offer for the processing software of the company "Vision Lab" called "Studio".
So, the possibilities excite me as an amateur, but I wonder where I get this software in German Language and German with manual?
Is that typical for us amateur video that you have to buy all the good products from the United States by download without German and German manual handling?
Or is there a German distributor for good software with semi-professional requirements?
I am pleased with all references and links to German semi-professional software.
Also links to German-ins that you can load it into the popular video editors, I'm happy.
