Does anyone know how I can image disorders such as during the first 30 seconds following produce film?

Meant these "jerks" are, and interference fringing. If the amount of manual labor, or "only" a series of different effects.
FYI: I'm more of a beginner on the road;)

It should be handmade. The clip is for a few frames back, forward, back, etc. played backwards.
