Hello,
following question. I want to cut down or WMV files above. What tool can I? I have so far found only tools that can split a File, but can not cut up or down. Who can help me? Thanks.
PS I know that it files with Virtual Dub in Divx mode can be cut down. But a highly compressed WMV file convert into AVI format in my opinion is not advisable because of the quality loss is very high. Thanks for the help.

What exactly do you mean? Want the top and bottom s.Picture cut a little, so that the picture is flat then? Or are you looking for a program where there is the timeline not horizontally but vertically?
You can convert a WMV calm an avi when you unravel it. The Avi may indeed be uncompressed if you have enough space on your calculator. Then deteriorates the quality is not synonymous.
