I'm afraid I do not understand your question.
AMCap is a software which, via the WDM software interface, for example, a recording of a webcam, etc. possible.

The first thing you should the web-cam s.The USB interface to connect your computer.
Then, if not already done so, install the software for it (drivers, etc.)
Now there are (probably) 2 options:
You use the supplied with your cam Software flourish or AMCap.
AMCap is to be able to detect all connected video devices.
