Hi folks,

I own a Steadicam SonyVX2100 and a system to 4.5 kilos. The VX weighs 2 kilos so good. For a rotation, I Steadi times through Z1 and rotated, which is heavier than 800 gram - the stability was dramatically higher.

Question time ...

A Steadisystem is a 3-mass system: Camera, Battery, Monitor. Under normal circumstances, I have my camera so the top, bottom and Battery Monitor. Tripod Balance. Dynamic Balance. Gimbal or the length of the post set up on a Droptime of 2-3 seconds - ergo: the focus of the system is down.

But if you bottom adding more mass, the whole system a lot of carriers, because many of the mass below keeps everything in balance ...
