I use the freeware classic ProjectX and Cuttermaran it.
With ProjectX relevant VOBs Adjusting demuxer,
the soundtrack (s) printing with an audio editor, edit and with
Cuttermaran superfluous passages cut and re muxen.
Transcoding of MPEG data into other formats such as with XMedia-Recode
