Infoseite // What camera (budget ¬ 4,000) is s.besten himself?

Frage von Ichweissnichts:

Hi All,

since weeks I try to correct camera finden.Aber vergebens.Wäre grateful for any help.

Problem as follows;

I am filming for a company that belongs to my friend abroad any activities auf.Sei it Nigeria, Australia, America or Canada.

Per trip will be approximately std to 30th recorded.

The problem is present in many cases, no electricity, and poor lighting conditions are.

And aufzuspielen each time a Dv.kasette on the computer is cumbersome and in my opinion unnecessarily.

The company has my 4000th - Euro made available. frankly I do not know what to buy with it.

I would need an erstmal festplatten camera with direct recording, ie without notbook.
Good lighting comparatively long battery life -
What can I really afford it with this money?

or rather what Währe camera suitable for me.

Many thanks in advance.

Hello,

that way you have no way to recharge Batteries is not a problem as long as you take along enough spare batteries - no preference for which camcorder you decide.

The question is what should happen with the recordings afterward? If only it comes to transfer them to your PC, it does not matter which medium and takes in what format your camcorder. However, a hard drive camcorder an obvious drawback: What happens if the hard drive on the road is full? While you can easily replace a storage media, you'd have to be smooth in a spare camcorder have it.

If the images are processed? Then I would start to exclude all the devices that compress the interframe. Thus for example, comes out as MPEG2 recording format, and thus all DVD and hard disk camcorder. - Why not MiniDV? The system is mature, MiniDV cassettes will get you buy for little money anywhere in the world and the durability of the storage medium is synonymous relatively well.

MiniDV came into question, I would recommend you the SonyVX2100. No other camcorder delivers in low light situations such high-quality recordings. And with the budget you had enough reserves for many big Batteries.

Hello,

You could make a compromise.
Purchase 'you a good mini-DV 3-chip camcorder of one of the major Manufacturer. "Unimportant" recordings, which are subsequently not used more, you then sign on to mini-DV cassettes. These are very cheap and small. For "important" shots you use a portable external hard drive, for example Firestore. That's about as big as a 2.5 "USB hard drive, however, has the opportunity as a firewire recorder can be operated. The hard drive may, for example, on the accessory shoe, or are fixed synonymous behind the camera.
The above equipment will cost about EUR 3000. So you are not EUR 1000 for Batteries, cassettes, and possibly a larger hard drive.

For DV can be as rough benchmark of 20 GB / min for 90 min. . Specify

The described construction can be arbitrarily changed. If you want another two years in camera, you can continue to use the hard drive. There has been synonymous to hard disks, the HDV.

In "extremely important" frames, you can simultaneously record on mini-DV and harddrive.

I can only agree: DVX100 with possibly Firestore or similar solution.

However, you already should still take a few details of what you shoot at all and where you want to use it. What You Resolutionbrauchst (DV, HD), 16:9 or 4:3, etc.?
Accordingly, you will just have to choose a camera that offers what you need.
