I just sit s.2. Cutting my short film, which I would like to send s.klein festivals. My question: what is a "movie length"? Can that ever say so or it depend on the festival? Indeed, it is at most festivals in the rules are not exactly known whether therefore the length of the film with or without credits or lead times, and sonstewas is meant. Have you vllt it. Experience?

Hello,
the duration (or length film) begins with the 1st Picture and ends with the last one. Header and include credits with a tech. Header (color bars, countdown), of course not.
Experience is mitplotten at a (slightly) exceeding the maximum term, no one with a stopwatch.

Okay, thanks for the reply. Then I have to let me come up with something. I'm now at 24 minutes (without front / credits) and will come to 20 ... 4 minutes about it is certainly not a "small" violation ... ;)
