What software to bring order to a Flash video player on its site?

Hi, I am a few days ago came across a website and ask me, is such a thing possible with what kind of software. Or can something be built for each video in Flash? Surely there is automated software? Maybe you have that experience?

This is a typical flash page that with pretty much any kind of flash software may be: Adobe Flash, Wildform Flair, flash builder, SwishMax, etc.

because we do a lot of video interviews, it would be interesting to see whether there is a software (or online providers) are of the automated relatively strong, so you nurnoch in the video the "chapter" sets and perhaps can set the background color of the player ..
