Hello!

Neien, not the render shall be incorporated in real-time ... Dafür gibts on television stations sündteure cutting equipment ... (Similarly, a very powerful PC)
What do you think is the real-time to change one einzuspielenden videos in MPEG encoder by hardware ... Not necessary or not empehlenswert later when you want to cut yet, because the quality suffers greatly.

However, you really need an interface card to display the thumbnail onto TV (Could synonymous with ner DV-camera work, I've never tried ..)
Whether the preview of the 2nd Monitor can spend depends on your graphics card drivers, but should proceed with all current card supposedly if you use the correct drivers. The best are probably his Matrox graphics cards for it.
