Infoseite // Which AVI can be played on ANY Windows computer?

Frage von Paulus:

Hi folks,

I've got a beginner's question time, which I got by See synonymous in the old thread does not answer.

So, I usually give out my videos via Adobe Premiere as DV-AVI to make it in a second step creates an MPEG to.

Today I would like to create an AVI that in a PowerPoint presentation should be used.

Which codec or what setting should I use so that the film can be synonymous played on PCs that have installed any special codes.

Wanted will be the lowest common denominator for all Windows PCs.

Antwort von Gast:

Course may include an AVI MPEG.

In the form of an MPEG-encoded AVI file. AVI is the container, the MPEG codec. This file has the extension. "Avi" and because the MPEG-1 codec, as others have said, is s.Windows 95 integrated as a standard, this option would be for your purposes in fact the correct one.

Looks as if the question of Paul can be misunderstood.

I think the only right answer is DV-AVI. The codec is integrated for MUs in all win-OS since Win 98 (or even evt Win 95).

In my PowerPoints, however, I prefer MPEG-1 before (wheat apparently synonymous :-). DV-AVI is old already Calculator times bring to stutter, especially when it is integrated into PowerPoint.

Moin,
no, not misunderstood. He wanted all can (Windoze) and DV AVI W95 not. Moreover gehts then less synonymous to an Apple and it is synonymous. And who uses the Procoder Express, which is even saugut, even as VCD on a 32 "inch TV.
