Hi folks,
I have the Canon MiniDV MV880X and am very satisfied with the synonymous. On the Camorder and the manual is that it Resolutionaufnimmt with PAL (720 x 576). So, but now look, I look to the website where www.camcorderinfo.com at times the report about my camcorder. Now I look at CanonZR400, since that is the American model of my camera.
And here it says: "In 4:3 mode, this model produced s.image with approximately 484.8 lines of horizontal resolution, with 300 lines of vertical resolution s.its best, generating a true resolution of 145,440th in widescreen mode, the image displayed 524.9 lines of horizontal resolution, with approximately 296.2 lines of vertical resolution, yielding a real resolution of approximately 155475.38. "
That means something like: The camcorder takes on with 484.8 x 300 in (4:3), and in (16:9) 524.9 x 296.2.
I wanted to ask if anyone knows what the true now: the PAL or the much lower resolution of 300 lines (4:3)?

You need not be alarmed, your camera takes in PAL on and everything is good!
If you look at the data from the
American model, it is normal and natural that there is the American standard NTFS.

What Compliant DV tape on which is written (720x576) and how many lines as s.Analogausgang now need to really have put together much less common than a cow with eggs.
The description lines with an analog signal is not identical with the digital pixel information.
I mean, for example, that the analog output of the XM1 with little more than 500 lines is specified, the camera but of course the tape at the 720x576 DV specification writing.
The Pal signal does provide for 625 lines, of which about 575 are theoretically visible, but what about the various reception paths actually arrives as s.TV signal quality is usually much less. Since synonymous happy times already spoken of about 300 - 350 lines with normal TV broadcasts.
But there can be no doubt the members who work in TV, what to say.

Yes. The chip has an even higher resolution. Admitted but is 720 * 576 on tape. Effective is your picture, but much worse. Your chip can have 2 megapixels and can be denoch blurred, resolved only 250 lines, and spending a shit Picture. Much MPixel much much sharpness quality.
