Which wide angle lens is better, or 0.45 x 0.7 x? I'm currently a 0.45 x and am wondering whether a 0.7 x better.

The distortion is always present. Go with your cam into the business and test locally.

if you buy you a 0.7 x WW does not mean necessarily that you'll get a much better picture! Due to the reduced factor, the less distorting optics, ie you will get a vinous pronounced fisheye effect, but you make compromises synonymous with the Focal. The Picture of your camera is thus not so far away and / or total as 0,45 X with your wide-angle optics, but less biased.
