Who can help? Flycam Nano replaced, problem remains!

Hi,
here in the forum there are a few of the quality of the Flycam are convinced, so I hope someone can help me with my problem. This post is fairly long, because the problem I try as much as possible to describe.
Very simple terms is the following: I can balance the Flycam, as well as I want. As soon as I turn the Flycam, she gets out of balance.
The problem was it has often and was always corrected by replacing the Steadycam, for example, here at a Glidecam:
Well, my Flycam was synonymous easily replaced immediately after I told thecinecity.com of my problem. So far so good as the 2nd Flycam, however, was unpacking the disillusionment: Gneau the same problem. I now longer employed with the problem and have come to the following conclusion:
The center of the gimbal should, so you can turn the Flycam and yet remains balanced, exactly in the center of the axis of rotation, therefore, be the ball bearing. I assume that this is NOT the case with me.

Ie gimbal must be calibrated. As always synonymous supposed to work. Just ask for Flycam.

Hi, how does my post already been exchanged Flycam already. Same problem. The store now says it is s.mir.
If you tell me I should of "Flycam" contact, whom you mean then? A link would be helpful to think that is just as www.thecinecity.com stores that sell the Flycam.

Exactly I mean. TheCineCity is my knowledge of the manufacturer (or at least the distributors) of the Flycam.
Just ask how to calibrate the gimbal.

Until now they were like what I'm doing wrong and should have a professional setting - great.
btw did you read my entire post about? In my theory is the errors that is not "wegkalibrierbar.
