Who knows with "SUPER" video converter from (VOB to avi file)

Hello, can someone me the settings for the program "SUPER" betrayed when I make a VOB (DVD) file that I want to convert then import it into Premiere Pro can?
do not understand what is with "output container" meant, synonymous and other settings so I do not know
would hold an avi file or whatever it is compatible with premiere

Oh, and the output container really describes only the "file format" such as AVI. The content of an avi file but could eg divx or synonymous be mpeg 1, depending on the codec used. just as an mpg file include 1 or mpeg mpeg2 could.
If you took it like Sigourney Weaver in Alien ... is the economic output of the container and the alien from the belly jumping the file content ... so you never know what's inside ... it's a girl or a bub: -- )
