Time, a question: When my SD clips that I insist on the hard drive to store, I always have a thumbnail for each clip.
Now times have I experimented with AVCHD clips and there is no preview image. how come? Or there is a program with which this can be accomplished.
These are clips of a Canon HF 100th

This is s.verwendeten transport stream, the H.264 for transmission uses: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transportstrom
Due to the very small packages and parcels of TS (188 bytes) preview image can not be generated, as opposed to the current program, which allows reconstruction of entire pictures (up to 64KB).
The Explorer of XP and Vista crashes when trying to preview some video images to create quite often from synonymous.
Let's see whether Windows 7 as a better safe.

Nehm times the program (Image Mixer 3) what the Camera box. If you there with the files transmit, you have synonymous thumbnails.

With what program did you create the files, because AVCHD folder structure in which a folder for the preview images are included. (AVCHDTN - THUMB.TBT and THUMB.TID)
Normally uses AVCHD s.jeder scene instead of an I-frames IDR-frame from which the thumbnail is generated. But synonymous within the GoP are I-frames can be retrofitted to IRSs change.
With a program so that correctly supports AVCHD should therefore not be a problem.
That you can see that synonymous with the Blu-ray authoring the thumbnails will be created.
You must therefore sehn times as your program's folder structure and synonymous whether the folder exists and oA synonymous read.

Edit: Bernd ... You were faster ... The clips I've simply using a card to the hard drive pulled. I have not yet AVCHD Cam, synonymous not know whether I see a growth, but such things should occur before any purchase to be clarified. I will not last forever but rumexperimentieren film cut

Yes, I think, because all the companies put in such Programs, are only rarely used. Maybe yes logs a Panasonic owner and clarifies on.
